4.    Choose The Account You Want To Refund To

Now, you have to select the account in which you want to transfer the refund. It will be the customer’s account. Make sure that the amount that you are refunding is correct. Select the product or service for which you are initiating the refund. Now, finalize the refund receipt.

7.    Choose Print Options

Once you are done with the refund receipt, choose if you wish to print the receipt now or later. You can also type in the check number. If the check was written manually, select Save & Close.

8.    Select A Customer From The Customer List

Check where the refund is going by opening your Customer List. Choose the Customer to who asked for the refund and go through all the transactions for this customer. You will be able to see the refund record in the list which will be automatically added.
